This flower is called "Townhall Clock" because it has four flowers facing sideways at 90 degrees to each other. There is also a flower at the top of the cluster (for aeroplanes ?)

On the four side flowers there are 5 petal lobes and 5 stamens, appearing to be 10 due to longitudinal division. The top flower has 4 petal lobes and 4 stamens (appearing as 8).
