Thanks to Geraldine Buckley for getting the identification right.
But Neil Mahler says:
"This is not spiny enough for L. perlatum, neither is the 'stalk' long enough, and nor is the 'head' round enough.
This looks more like Lycoperdon pratense (formerly Vascellum pratense)"
