From seed (Seed Guild), described as var. 'Citrina'. If that meant the flowers then it has not come true. This cultivar doesn't seem to have the same roast beef smell as the plants one finds wild so maybe that is the reason for the name - although I would not say it was "lemony".
I have never understood the "Stinking" name - you have to bruise the leaves to get the smell and then - yes it is like roast beef in the wild. |
